How do I return or exchange my order?
You have 14 days to return the goods. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of the shipment without providing any reason. Please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure that we can process your return quickly and effectively. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal or return the purchased products before the deadline expires. The statement of withdrawal should be sent to us by email at contact@bbscenterlock.com with the subject "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE".
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. This includes any product or wheel with a custom finish or custom fitment specifications.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS PROCESS
1. Please print and fill in this Exchange / Return Form and include it in your package.
2. Send your items to the address below, using the address label found at the bottom of the Returns form. Ensure that the returned goods do not show signs of use.

If the goods are in accordance with the contract and the customer wishes to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the customer sends the package at their own expense.
Valid for non-EU customers. To avoid additional customs costs and speed up the process, please do not enter the value of the products to avoid double duty. We do not pick up parcels with declared value. If possible, use UPS services.
3. Send your items with the order number
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 3 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Kindly note that during our peak season (March/April) the handle time can take up to 14 business days. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Within 14 days from the date of the customer's withdrawal from the sales contract, we will send you the full amount due for the order. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
