Do Mg-line Centerlocks have a warranty?

WARRANTY PROCESS

​

1. Please print and fill in this Warranty Form and include it in your package.

2. Send your items to the address below, using the address:

Valid for non-EU customers. To avoid additional customs costs and speed up the process, please do not enter the value of the products to avoid double duty. We do not pick up parcels with declared value. If possible, use UPS services.

Complaints and warranty conditions


The guarantee is granted for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The basis for accepting the warranty is the proof of purchase. The complaint must contain legible information. It is best to use our warranty form for this.

 

Otherwise, leave your name, address and telephone number. Attach the proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect to the package. Also add the address for return shipping.

As soon as we receive your warranty shipment, we aim to process your request within 10 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Kindly note that during our peak season (March/April) the handle time can take up to 15 business days. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

They are not subject to complaint

​

This warranty does not cover corrosion or discoloration due to chemicals (including excessive exposure to road salt or other common de-icing agents), detergents, polishing compounds or abrasives used in improper cleaning. This warranty will be void if parts are determined to be damaged from after-sale re-finishing (such as powder-coating), off-road or track use, mechanical car wash equipment, nicks from road hazard, improper mounting, improper installation, accident or curb damage, normal wear and tear, neglect, or road hazards.
