How do I return or exchange my order?
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from MG-line. If you need to return your order, just send back unused items within 14 days from the delivery date. Product must be in new condition in original packaging to be considered for refund or exchange. For returns, you may use the return shipping method of your choice. Please note that MG-line does not cover costs incurred for the return shipping. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. This includes any product or wheel with a custom finish or custom fitment specifications.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS PROCESS
1. Please print and fill in this Exchange / Return Form and include it in your package.
2. Send your items to the address below, using the address label found at the bottom of the Returns form.
Valid for non-EU customers. To avoid additional customs costs and speed up the process, please do not enter the value of the products to avoid double duty. We do not pick up parcels with declared value. If possible, use UPS services.
3. Send your items with the order number
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 3 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Kindly note that during our peak season (March/April) the handle time can take up to 14 business days. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
