to some of the most frequently asked questions below.

What material are Centerlocks made of?

 

Centerlocks Mg-line are made of aluminum. Then they are anodized in 3 colors (red, black and blue). Finally, they are finished with a transparent

Teflon hardener.

I did not find the model of my wheels on your website. Can you create a kit for me?

 

Yes it is possible! You can use our form here and it will guide you through the process in a few simple steps. You can also write us an email to bbscenterlock@gmail.com or use the contact form. Show us your wheels and send their dimensions. Inner and outer diameter of the hub bore according to our instructions. We have also created a template for you to match the plates to the rims – template.

Do Mg-line Centerlocks have a warranty?

​

Yes, all our products come with a 1-year warranty. Effective upon receipt of the product.

Keep the proof of purchase with you as proof of purchase and proof of warranty.

 

I want to make a complaint, what shall I do?

​

We make every effort to ensure that our products meet 100% expectations. This also applies to servicing our customers. Write us a message at bbscenterlock@gmail.com describing the problem. If possible, attach photos.

How and when to clean the centerlocks / wheels with centerlocks?

 

We suggest that you clean them while they are cold, using only water and neutral detergents (avoid alcohol, solvents, gasoline, etc.). Use soft sponges; avoid metal brushes or other abrasive equipment (they can scratch the transparent coating and then the color). Detergents can fade the color. We suggest frequent cleaning, especially in winter, to avoid salt used in snow, brake dust or dirt deposits may alter the brightness of the Centerlocks.

How do I return my order?

​

If it’s not a fit, you have 14 days to return your unused items. Here is our return form.

When will I receive my refund?

​

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days. For credit card refunds, the refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund. For PayPal refunds, you can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you on your bank details.

Do I have to pay for customs and import taxes?

​

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something you bought on www.bbscenterlock.com because:
•    Duties and taxes are typically not included in the price of the item, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the seller. 
•    When shopping on www.bbscenterlock.com, you are buying from overseas seller. That’s why sometimes you will be asked to pay customs duty. 

 

The taxes may depend on where your order was sent from, the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products. It’s always best to confirm this with the seller or your local customs authority.

You are responsible to clear VAT on all purchases made on www.bbscenterlock.com. This can be done through the VAT clearance procedure of your local customs authority in your country of residence.


Please note: Customs duties and taxes are never covered by MG-line.

To avoid any unforeseen surprises, please pay attention to the following:
•    Ask us if you need to pay any additional import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges. 
•    Contact your local post or customs office to find out more about your country’s customs duties and taxes.
•    Import duties, taxed or other customs-related charges are normally collected by the shipping company upon delivery. 
•    Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
•    Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
